By viewing pages, creating profiles, or submitting payment details you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy where relevant. If you disagree, leave the site and refrain from ordering.
2. Digital service description
We host informational content, marketing storytelling, and checkout or lead-capture workflows. Availability targets sit at 99.5 percent annualized excluding scheduled maintenance announced on status pages where configured.
3. Accounts and security
You must supply accurate registration data, guard credentials, and notify us of suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts showing fraud rings, chargeback abuse, or repeated policy violations after proportional review.
4. Order formation

Reviews, testimonials, or uploads must be lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host excerpts for marketing with your consent when personal data appears.
9. Supplement-specific rules
Movira goods are food supplements for adults following label directions. They do not replace medical advice. Import restrictions remain your responsibility when forwarding parcels outside marketed territories.
Website, email, and paid-media copy must not promise disease outcomes or guaranteed physiological results. Nutrition and health claims follow EU authorisation rules. 10. Limitation and exclusions
To the extent permitted, aggregate liability caps at amounts paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing limits death, bodily injury from negligence, fraud, or other non-waivable categories.
11. Governing law and courts
Substantive Dutch law applies. Consumers may sue in Rotterdam or their home jurisdiction if mandatory EU rules grant it. Businesses consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Rotterdam district courts.
12. Contractual notices
Send tracked post to the Lijnbaan address or emails from verified domains quoting order IDs. We respond in commercially reasonable windows but statutory reply caps override internal SLAs.
